Before you decide
Is €149/month not expensive for a small webshop?
A bot handling 200 customer queries per month saves roughly 13 hours of staff time. At minimum wage that's already €160 in labour costs — so the Starter plan pays for itself in month one for most webshops. We'll tell you upfront if we don't think it makes financial sense for your specific situation.
How long does setup take?
Simple chatbots are live in two to three weeks. The bottleneck is usually getting us your product catalogue and FAQ content — the technical build itself is fast. Complex integrations (CRM, ERP) add one to two weeks on top.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage it?
No. That's the point of the subscription model. You send us updates via email ("we have a new return policy") and we handle the rest. You never log in to any AI platform.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Send us an email with 30 days notice. We export your conversation data in a standard format and hand it over. No penalties, no awkward calls. Your data is always yours.
